About the context

Flamenco for Hotels

We have produced flamenco groups for H10 Hotels, The Westin Palace Madrid, The Ritz and Sheraton. In hospitality, flamenco works when it feels like part of the guest experience — not like an external add-on that interrupts the service.

That requires a specific type of production: respecting the hotel’s timing, coordinating with F&B, adjusting volume and stage presence to the space and maintaining a visual standard consistent with the property. We have been working with that approach for 15 years.

In hospitality, flamenco has a clear advantage: it combines cultural value with flexibility. That makes it suitable for very different situations, from a short performance during a welcome experience to a more visible stage moment during dinner or a private celebration. When a hotel wants to elevate its experiential offer, a well-produced flamenco format can become a strong point of differentiation.

Our experience with H10 Hotels includes recurring production across different properties, which has allowed us to adapt formats to different ballrooms, capacities and guest profiles.

How flamenco integrates into hotel operations

A hotel is not a theatre. The acoustics are different, the audience is not seated waiting for a show and dinner service does not stop for the performance. Producing flamenco in a hotel requires understanding those dynamics and working with them, not against them.

That means adjusting vocal volume to the ballroom acoustics, coordinating entrances with F&B service, defining a stage presence that works with guest circulation and maintaining a visual standard that fits the hotel environment.

Flexible format for hotels. The proposal can be shaped for guests, themed dinners, private events or one-off cultural programming within the hotel.

In hospitality, flamenco adds value only when it feels consistent with the guest experience and the hotel's standard.

Experience with hotel chains and premium hospitality

Our experience with H10 Hotels includes recurring production across different properties, which has allowed us to adapt formats to different ballrooms, capacities and guest profiles.

At The Westin Palace Madrid we have worked on galas and premium events where the show must maintain an aesthetic and operational standard consistent with one of Madrid’s most iconic hotels.

That experience extends to The Ritz and Sheraton, completing a five-star hospitality circuit that gives us an understanding of the production standards each type of property demands.
